Susan Kaye Greenberg: Founder & CEO
Susan Kaye Greenberg, founder and CEO of All Star Planet, is a native of Los Angeles and has dedicated much of her life to helping children. She received her Masters Degree in Child Development from CSUN and Educational Therapy Certification from UCLA. Susan is the wife of Michael B. Greenberg, mother of 3 grown children and 5 adorable grandchildren, ages 2-10. Her vision was to create a Website in which kids from across the nation could showcase their talent, while helping the charity of their choice. She believes that kids feel good about themselves when they have the opportunity to serve as positive role models for their friends and classmates. Susan has been involved in many charities, including Head Start the Taper JOY Intergenerational Center. She presently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
Michael C. Swartzburg: President & Chief Financial Officer
Michael Swartzburg has served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of All Star Planet, Inc. since September 2008. Michael also serves as the President and CEO of Cardiac Network, Inc. a leader in mobile medical devices and monitoring services, where he implemented key marketing and product initiatives, secured funding for the company’s growth and ability to service existing and new contracts, bolstered the company’s executive management team with seasoned medical industry professionals and continues to oversee the company’s compliance and investor relations functions.
Michael brings an extensive finance and business background to All Star Planet, having actively participated in several mergers ranging in size from multi-millions to billions of dollars, as well as numerous acquisitions and initial public offerings. Michael also brings to the companies he serves industry-specific experience, having previously served as the Director of Finance for Align Technology, Inc., a medical device company engaged in the design, manufacture and marketing of the world’s leading invisible orthodontic product. Prior to Align, Michael served as Corporate Controller for Cardiac Pathways Corporation, where he successfully completed a merger with Boston Scientific Corporation. Michael has also worked in management and consultant roles for companies such as Dolby Laboratories, Hewlett Packard, VeriFone and many other medical device, pharmaceutical and technology companies in the San Francisco Bay area. Michael worked at Ernst & Young, LLP in Los Angeles and San Jose, CA, is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree.
Rick Moncada: Executive Producer
Rick Moncada has been a television and music producer since 1980. His talent and love for music landed him his first major role in the television industry as the Musical Director for Ed/McMahon’s “Star Search,” which ran for 11 successful years, featuring contestants such as Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake and Beyonce. Since then, Rick has worked for major networks such as NBC, Showtime, Warner Bros, Telemundo, and Univision, producing notable projects such as; “Out Of The Blue” which he supervised and directed, “Ladies Man,” “The Miss Universe Pageant,” NBC/Telemundo's first late night talk show "Mas Vale Tarde, “White Boyz in the Hood,” and a women’s fitness and health show “Mejorando Tu Vida.”
Now, with the new launch of “All Star Planet,” he hopes to take the company to the next level and create a new genre for kids to become truly engaged in, “Kids for a better World.”
John Wilson: Music Producer
John is a renowned music producer, arranger, songwriter, film composer, vocal coach, artist, and music industry production executive. For over two decades he has worked internationally with such notable artists as Barry White, Janet Jackson, Latoya Jackson, The O'Jays, Minako Honda (Japan), David Lee (Taiwan) The Max (New Zealand), Hearthrob (Africa), and many more. John has scored five films and is the first person to take Gospel Music to Japan.
John was head of Real Entertainment's Music Division (Jerry Springer-Cops) where he helped sell over $100 million dollars in video product. John has worked with actor Alfonso Riberio (Fresh Prince of Bel Air). John is also known as "Sly" is performance group Sly, Slick & Wicked, now on display in The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. John received the prestigious "Men of Motown Award" and was recently the Private Vocal Coach to LaToya London, third runner up on American Idol. John regularly fosters and facilitates music industry opportunities and professional relationships, executes a wide variety of music contracts, and is consistently active in a broad array of special music events and projects throughout the world.
Rosine Avedissian: Director of Talent Development
For over a decade, Rosine Avedissian has immersed herself in many areas of the Entertainment Industry, but most intricately in Music and Television. The path to her career began when she started working for Helen Koushnick, Jay Leno's former Manager. Not long after, she found herself in numerous Tonight Show skits and had behind the scenes exposure to the ins and outs of television production. Rosine pursued her education in Radio, TV & Film at Cal State Los Angeles and following college, she began working at Warner Bros TV, where she worked on various hit television sit-coms.
Being bit by the entertainment bug, Rosine continued her career path into music at MCA/Universal Records, working along-side the heads of Marketing/PR and A&R. From there, she went on to join the team at Elektra Records, where she gained valuable experience working with the Vice President and Director of Publicity, as well as the President and COO. From there, she began showcasing musicians, which led her to take-on the management of numerous up and coming bands and the upstart of her own Indie record label, Raved records.
Rosine is also involved in a variety of charities and humanitarian causes. The most recent was called “Power Women, Power Tools” where she helped build a house for “Habitat for Humanity.” She’s worked on the Board of "Hollywood Hope," a charity to help find a cure for cancer for the City of Hope, ran 5k’s for over 20 years for “Revlon Run for Breast Cancer” and continues to contribute to and support "Feed the Hungry," "The Elizabeth Taylor Foundation" and "The Elton John Aids Foundation.” She is also an advocate for Animal Rights via "PETA" and "Best Friends Animal Society," and supports Music Charities such as "Project MuszEd," “Songs Alive” and “Hearts Giving Hope.”
Through Music and the Arts, Rosine aspires to make a difference in people's lives. She is so very proud to work with such an exceptional team at “All Star Planet,” where the focus is to try to make this a better planet for our kids, through our kids and to educate and encourage other children and people to do the same. Kids are our future… “Kids for a Better World!”
