All Star Planet is an on-line singing contest for kids 7-14, that benefits charities and good causes in general. Our adorable hosts are Jennifer Smart, Chloe J and Diego. At 12 years old, Jennifer is the youngest syndicated interviewer on the Red Carpet who has her own celebrity news show on the radio. Chloe, age 13,  is a very talented singer and performer with a long list of achievments. Diego, age 12,  is our lead singer and can be heard on our website performing our theme song, “All Star Planet Rocks.”

Our site is available for viewers, voting fans and contestants. Contestants upload videos of themselves singing songs of their choice. Upon registration, their family and friends, along with our ASP fans can vote on-line.

Round 1 will last for 10 weeks and at the end of each week 5 semi-finalists are chosen. These videos will be seen by many industry professionals, including Rick Moncada, music producer of Star Search, the longest running talent contest in television history. The semi-finalists will then be given the opportunity to choose a song and rewrite the lyrics to support a charity that is important to them. They will be critiqued on-line by a panel of judges consisting of professional song writers, famous pop singers and music producers. Ten charities in total will be chosen by our 10 finalists who will be announced at our gala awards party and web-cast live event  on July 26th, 2009. Special invitations will be extended for young celebrities to attend and be part of the event.

Our young hosts will be appearing throughout the contest at various events and charity functions. We encourage young celebrities to let our All Star Planet fans know what causes they support.
